Do I need root or a computer?
No. Twinimy uses Android’s own Wireless debugging. Only once, during setup, the Android phone needs to be on a Wi-Fi network; the in-app guide shows every step.
Which phones does it work with?
An Android phone on Android 12 or later, and an iPhone on iOS 16 or later. The iPhone needs no SIM. Call audio also depends on the Android phone’s hardware, so try it free on your own phone for 7 days first.
Does it need the internet?
Calls, audio and texts go straight between the two phones over the hotspot or a shared Wi-Fi, with no internet. For the iPhone to ring while the app is closed, the hotspot needs internet for now. The Android phone also needs the internet once every three days to check the subscription.
Do I have to carry the Android phone?
Yes. The two phones must be on the same network: the Android phone’s hotspot, or a Wi-Fi you share, at home or at work for example.
Is my data safe?
Calls, texts, contacts and files travel only between your own two phones, encrypted, and never reach our server. Our server keeps only your account: the mobile number you signed in with, the Android phone’s model, your subscription and your payments.
How much does it cost?
The iPhone app is free. The subscription is on the Android phone only, and the first 7 days are free. See the plans above.
Do you give refunds?
No. That's why the first 7 days are free: try Twinimy fully on your own phones before you pay, and subscribe only once you're sure it works for you. A subscription you've bought and that has started isn't refunded. If money left your card but the payment failed, your bank returns it to your card within 72 hours. If it doesn't, or you paid but your subscription didn't start, contact support.
How many phones per account?
One Android phone per account. Signing in on another phone with the same number signs the first one out.
What after the Android phone restarts?
Let it join a Wi-Fi network once; Twinimy starts the call audio again by itself, and a notification reminds you when it’s needed.
